GLOBAL AUTHENTICITY NETWORK
CRYSTAL COMPASS
GLOBAL GEMSTONE TRUTH LAYER

AUTHENTICITY, PROVENANCE &
SCIENTIFIC CONFIDENCE — AT SCALE

Crystal Compass is building the world’s first global authenticity infrastructure for gemstones: combining spectroscopy, vision AI, laboratory truth-data and institutional collections into one verifiable standard.

For museums & laboratories
Authenticity & treatment flags
Provenance & locality intelligence
Education for public & trade

Institutional partners receive priority access to the reference database, authenticity scoring engine and co-branded certification flows.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Synthetic, treated and mislabelled stones erode public trust and scientific clarity. Crystal Compass aligns expert institutions into a single, transparent backbone where every record is auditable, sourced and explainable.
WHAT WE ARE BUILDING
A living, evidence-based gemstone atlas: reference spectra, locality truth data, authenticity patterns, high-integrity imagery and a certification engine that can be embedded in partner workflows and educational experiences.

ADRIANA COPPELMANS

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

My name is Adriana Coppelmans, Founder & Director of Crystal Compass. I have worked for more than thirty years in the social and public domain, specialising in analysis, quality safeguarding and responsibility for complex processes where accuracy and integrity are critical.

Alongside my professional career I have spent a lifetime collecting and studying minerals and natural gemstones — driven not by commercial gain or spiritual belief, but by a deep respect for nature, material science and the purity of geological formation.

Through years of contact with collectors, appraisers, auction experts and museum curators, one problem became unmistakably clear: there is no independent, transparent and evidence-based global system to verify authenticity and provenance. This insight formed the foundation for Crystal Compass.

Crystal Compass is building the world’s first independent authenticity and provenance standard, combining scientific research, spectroscopy, verified locality data and AI-driven pattern detection into a system that professionals worldwide can trust.

We invite museums, laboratories, academic institutions and professional partners to join this mission and help define a global standard where authenticity is no longer a belief — but a verifiable fact.
